With a strong academic foundation in Instrumentation and Controls (BE, 2011) and 15 years of experience in driving manufacturing excellence, Amol has successfully navigated the challenges of building a business from the ground up as a first-generation entrepreneur.
He oversees complete operations at VIWA Cables, spearheading product innovations and driving operational success, leveraging his expertise in electrical and electronics instrumentation, design, and development to steer the company towards innovation, growth, and excellence.

Vinod Raut is a seasoned sales leader and Director at VIWA Cables Pvt. Ltd., with over 18 years of experience in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strategic partnerships. A renowned expert in sales strategy and execution, Vinod is also the author of the acclaimed book "The Sales Game", which offers actionable insights and proven strategies for sales success. Vinod holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Amravati University (2007), where he was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal for his academic excellence. He further enhanced his skills by pursuing a Master's degree in International Sales and Marketing and completing a Leadership Programme at the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.
